When you hire a human:

They can be held accountable. They understand context, consequences, ethics.

AI agents:

• Don’t truly understand meaning (they process tokens, not intent)

• Can’t be morally or legally responsible

If something goes wrong, you don’t “discipline the agent”—you debug code or adjust prompts. That alone breaks the workforce analogy.

I am building a full host of agents to work locally. Claude code is building cowork's local replacement, kinda thing. first steps.

This is deep understanding of ai agents. Makes my head a lot clearer about agents, skills and agents brains.

Thanks for giving me a great excuse to gather with friends and drink a few beers! One question for you: is Claude the best paid subscription available, or does it really depend on the use case? Cheers,

Claude is the best overall model and subscription value bundle right now. There are other models that are better at specific niche use cases but claude wins on general purpose agents capabilities
